This salaried role (plus commission) is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating and selling value-added personal lines insurance programs to prospective clients. A typical workflow includes gathering information; collaborating directly with a producer and/or the prospective client; generating quotations, proposing insurance packages; closing and binding orders; preparing the necessary paperwork, and securing payment information.

Qualifications Required:

  • 3+ years of personal lines experience, with at least one year of proven insurance sales experience
  • Active RIBO License in good standing
  • Additional industry qualifications such as CAIB, CIP, etc., are considered assets

‍Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven sales ability
  • Results-oriented professional with a strong work ethic
  • Unwavering commitment to delivering professionalism and expertise to clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office products such as Word and Excel
  • Experience with TAM/EPIC is considered an asset
