To Our Valued Clients, On September 2nd, parts of Southern Ontario experienced severe rain and hail, resulting in downed power lines, fallen trees, structural damage, flooding, and power outages across several regions.

How to Report a Claim
- Ensure Safety First
If there is an immediate danger (e.g., downed power lines, live wires, or structural hazards), contact emergency services. Do not attempt to make temporary repairs unless it is safe to do so.
- Document the Damage
Take photos and/or videos of the damage as soon as it is safe. Keep receipts for any emergency repairs or accommodations.
