I love being a part of the RRJ Group/KRGinsure (Toronto) Team – employee since November 2010.

I have been working for KRG at the Orillia office for over 10 years and I love my job.  The people I work with are great, we always have fun at social events and there are lots of opportunities to grow within the company.

KRGinsure is amazing … everyone in the brokerage is super nice and helpful. Being able to get the support needed especially from management is something that most companies do not have. The work culture/environment is amazing with great people and diversity.

I believe the only way to do great work is to love what you do and who you do it for. One of the most important things to me in any workplace is that I’m surrounded with people who I enjoy working with as we tend to spend as much time with our co-workers as we do with our own families. Everyone here—colleagues and management— have been so friendly, welcoming, helpful and supportive.

I love that my role is fast-paced and every day is a little different with new challenges and situations to learn from. I appreciate how KRGinsure led us through the pandemic and adapted to a hybrid model in the aftermath which provides flexibility for all of us and is the perfect balance between being in a collaborative environment at the office and working more independently at home.

When I think of working for an insurance brokerage in the Kawarthas, all that comes to my mind is KRGinsure! A great environment to work in and a company that cares. The word “team” in the dictionary should show KRGinsure, we have the best co-workers in the world.

I have been working at KRGinsure for eight years. When I started, I was welcomed by everyone in my office, and within the entire company, with open arms. I felt like I had become part of an extended family. There are so many opportunities for growth, both personally and professionally. Every day I meet new people and learn new things. I couldn’t ask for a better place to work.

I’m happy to work for KRGinsure. Management is always available to answer questions, or bounce ideas off of. People who started off as co-workers have become friends, and the perks are great!
